Floridian Mid Century Modern

As the interior designer & manager for this Floridian residence, I created a comprehensive remodel that spanned the kitchen, all bathrooms, the laundry room, and transformed the carport into an enclosed garage—now boasting a guest room, full bathroom, and office space. My role involved overseeing all aspects of the project, from managing labor to providing detailed construction drawings for demo, HVAC, electrical, & lighting plans, as well as creating schedules for paint, tile, cabinets, shelving, & wallpaper. I sourced all wallpaper, tile, cabinets, fixtures, and furnishings. I even took on the task of painting the cabinets. The result is a timeless design that pays homage to the original historic mid-century modern style of the home while integrating modern elements.
